This website uses the service Vercel. The provider is Vercel Inc, 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel is a cloud platform through which we provide our website. This means that your visit to our website is processed or routed through Vercel's servers. The data associated with your visit to our website is also transmitted to Vercel. Depending on the server location, this data may also be transferred to the USA. We have concluded an order processing contract with Vercel. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address and any information you voluntarily provide solely for sending the newsletter and information about the activities of the Foundation for a Livable Liechtenstein.

We use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to distribute our newsletter.

The data entered when subscribing to the newsletter is processed on Mailchimp's servers. Mailchimp may analyse whether and when newsletters are opened or links are clicked. This information is used exclusively to analyse and improve our newsletter offering.

The processing of your data is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by using the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter or by contacting us directly.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with Mailchimp. In addition, personal data may be transferred to the United States based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
